It’s a lot of emotion.
Listening to Ilayaraja while driving back home after a hard day’s work is a lot of emotion. And then some metal. And then some Carnatic. The traffic blinds me. I pay no heed to the honking autos . I don’t earnestly pray for the signal to turn green. Not a thought about tomorrow. Not a thought about the bygone day. Music, me and a fast speeding car.
Music is not anything. I am not even at a loss. Music could be God. Music could be that healer. I know not. Its pretty obnoxious to say that, but so long I enjoy the music and the drive and the vast expense of the sea with that full moon throwing all its light across the entire ocean spread…its one of those rare moments I know I will experience frequently and then wait, what did you think i am telling a story here? Go sleep because Sleep is also part of your karma and all that bull .
drive back home, illayaraja, and that too along a seaside..lucky you mate
Hi, this is nice and interesting blog. I don’t have a habit of reading books or blog, but this writing has made me rethink about it. My lecturer once told me that i will regret not having a habit reading. Very true. By the way, nice writing and I will be looking forward to read more.
Thanks, Jerenus.
I am glad.
